2- Because webchat uses text messaging, you can continue chatting with the customers even after they leave your site.

3- Because your website's visitors should provide a valid phone number so that they can receive your response, webchat acts as a great tool to capture leads from the site, including phone number and full name of the visitors.

Yes, you can do that by going under your setting page from dashboard and then navigating to the payment details.

Our payment structure consists of two levels. First there is our minimal fixed monthly fees that we need to collect for data storage and app maintenance plus a per usage fee that we collect for the amount of text messages that are sent and number of dedicated phone numbers you use in your account.

We believe that our clients have to pay only for what they use, unlike most other competitors that charge a high monthly fee, we charge only a minimal monthly fee for cloud storage and account maintenance. The pre-usage fee is the fee we charge for the exact number of texts and phone numbers you use.

Because we believe that customers have to pay for what they use we charge a minimum deposit at the time of sign up which will be used towards the texts messages you use. Whenever your deposit falls under a certain value another automatic minimum deposit will be charged to keep your account deposit positive for the services to continue being functional. You can either manually deposits money or use our auto-deposit function that add money to your account whenever your deposit falls under a certain amount.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa.

We believe that good products shouldn't be pricy so that anyone can use them. For this reason, unlike our competitors, we charge a minimal flat monthly fee for the account charges, and then you only pay for the amount of text message your conversations use.
